Our customers are able to upload photos and videos of the service area, request estimates or changes to proposals, make selections and even communicate directly with our staff. As the project continues, all production related photos, files, videos, estimates, invoices and more, get uploaded to the Client Portal allowing full transparency on your project, 24/7 - Day or Night.

Remote Monitoring and Equipment Tracking
Selfishly this is just as much for our team as it is for our customers. By enabling equipment tracking, we reduce the number of lost equipment saving thousands of dollars in needless replacement costs. Our remote monitoring system also reduces the number of times we need to return to your home or business just to take readings. During a water damage especially, the insurance carrier likes to see daily psychrometric logs detailing temperature, GPP, RH and DewPoint. They also like to see daily moisture content readings to show our drying efforts are successful. Our team understands how intrusive an unexpected water damage can be. Our goal is to reduce the number of times we have to bother you at home or work by closely monitoring drying progress remotely from our office.
Direct Insurance Billing
You are our customer, NOT the insurance company. With that said, our company is able to submit our invoice and all necessary information to your insurance carrier on your behalf. This can significantly reduce the amount of work you need to do on your end in terms of downloading and emailing our documents. All carrier communications are recorded and/or include our customer, making it easy to know where we are at in the collections process. Our team will provide citations from the standard of care and offer justifications for the work completed, as well as other supporting documentation for our billing. Our goal is to always have the insurance carrier pay 100% of invoice and have a pretty good success rate in that department.
3rd Party Clearance Testing
After a mold remediation, a clearance test (Post Remediation Verification - "PRV") is typically performed to ensure the mold was adequately removed from inside the containment space. Due to a conflict of interest, it makes sense to have a separate company from the one who is doing the remediation, perform this inspection and testing. At Bulldog®, we offer 3rd Party Clearance Testing as a solution to the conflict of interest issue that arises from each and every mold remediation project.
